Tawakkul Association is a well-structured and meticulously planned financial institution founded on complete trust in Allah (Tawakkul). Our primary objective is to advance the socio-economic status of our esteemed members through halal and legitimate means, as guided by Islamic principles. We firmly believe that earning a livelihood through lawful means is a significant form of worship. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was a successful businessman and emphasized the importance of being a trustworthy and honest trader. Inspired by this great ideal, we are committed to helping our members lead a planned, peaceful, and harmonious life through mutual cooperation, unity, and sincerity. This organization is not a welfare or service-oriented institution. Instead, it is a collaborative financial body dedicated to generating profit through halal and interest- free activities. All our operations are conducted in strict accordance with Islamic Shariah. Our main activities, decided collectively by our members, include buying and selling land, constructing and renting residential and commercial buildings, engaging in various other lawful businesses, and sharing the profits fairly among all members. Tawakkul Association is more than just a financial organization; it is a testament to mutual trust and brotherhood. We manage a robust fund established through regular monthly deposits and contributions from our members. Every member has an equal right, and all decisions are made based on the majority opinion of the entrepreneur- directors. We are confident that through this collective effort, Tawakkul Association will achieve its goals and ensure a secure and prosperous future for its members.

Our vision and mission are to build a strong, transparent, and Halal financial framework for our esteemed members, guided by the core principles of Islamic Shariah. We believe that a community of honest and trustworthy businesspeople can play a positive role in the economic development of not just themselves but also the entire nation.

Our Vision
The vision of Tawakkul Association is to establish itself as an exemplary, interest- free, and profitable financial model within Bangladesh's economic landscape. We aspire to be recognized as an organization that securely safeguards the deposits of its members and distributes the profits with complete honesty and transparency. Our vision is for our members to strengthen their socio-economic standing through this organization, with their success inspiring others to engage in business and investment through Halal means. In the future, when we undertake larger projects, we will provide opportunities for the general public to become partners by offering shares for sale. This will enable a broader segment of society to achieve their own economic prosperity through legitimate and Halal avenues, thereby accelerating the economic progress of the country. Our Mission

Our primary mission is to generate wealth through creative and productive endeavors, using valid and completely Halal methods free from interest. To achieve this mission, we undertake the following activities:

1. Fund Formation and Management-

We have established a well-organized fund through monthly deposits and contributions from our forty respected entrepreneur-directors. A robust administrative structure is in place for the efficient management and preservation of this fund. Our goal is to ensure a continuous supply of regular deposits and necessary funds through the active participation of our members, so that sufficient capital is always available for any investment.

2. Halal Investments-

We invest the collected funds exclusively in profitable and Shariah-compliant sectors. Our main areas of investment include:
  >> Real Estate and Land Development: Buying and selling land, and constructing and renting residential and commercial buildings based on the collective decisions of our members.
  >> Commercial Activities: Buying and selling shops, renting them out, and conducting other legitimate and Halal business ventures.
  >> Other Profitable Projects: Identifying opportunities to invest in new profitable sectors based on the majority opinion of the entrepreneur- directors, as and when required.

3. Profit Distribution-

Profits generated from all our investments are distributed transparently and equitably only among the members. Our core principle is that no interest shall be taken or given. A portion of the earned profit is reinvested to increase the organization's capital and provide future earning opportunities for the members.

4. Moral and Social Responsibility-

We are not only committed to achieving financial prosperity but also to setting a moral and ethical example in society. Tawakkul Association ensures a secure economic platform for its members, where every deposit is safe, and every activity is conducted with complete accountability and transparency.
